First round of clomid

I started my first round of clomid last month on cycle days 3-7. I ovulated (confirmed by opk) on March 6th. I started spotting March 15th but only when I wiped and i am still having very faint pinkish discharge through today. My period is due today, still no sign of it. I took a test this AM and it was negative. Any insights?
