EWCM after ovulation ?

Question

I ovulated on the 14th, and before you ask yes I know for sure that I ovulated. I have had EWCM since the 13th and am currently 4 dpo and it hasn’t gone away. I read that it could be an early pregnancy symptom which would be great but I just want to know your guys experience ◡̈

How do you know for sure that you ovulated? Did you confirm with ultrasound, bbt, or blood test?
EWCM is very common before a period, and can be common in pregnancy as well, but cervical fluid typically dries up immediately after ovulation, usually will go from EWCM to creamy or sticky, or possibly completely dry within a day or two.
If you’ve had it every day since the day before you confirmed ovulation, I would be hesitant to say that you actually ovulated unless it was confirmed through one of the three methods I mentioned above. If it was confirmed, then EWCM isn’t necessarily a pregnancy symptom as it can come before a period.
