5 cm dilated @ 36 weeks

I am currently 5 cm dilated, 80% effaced and baby is at 0 station at 36 weeks.. and STILL not in labor. Anyone else ever experience this!? Theyve had to stop contractions multiple times since 33 weeks. Being induced in 1 week but what are the chances I'll go on my own?
