What is this pain?

For the past 3 days I’ve had a pain on my upper left side😩 it feels like a Charley horse under my rib cage.. it went into my back one night. Anyone know what this could be?

I had horrible intermittent pain in my right side last week. I went to the ER when it got really bad and it turned out to be kidney stones.

Could be a stretching ligament? Have you had any other symptoms? 
I had pain in a similar location and it turned out to be my gallbladder. But I also had bloating and lots of gas. Sometimes I have similar symptoms (without a gallbladder now) and it's indigestion.

What is this pain?
