Pooping
So never have I experienced this even when i went vegan before so I don’t think that’s it but idk after I had my baby c section I went vegan am still vegan but if I don’t poop with it a few minutes I cramp. Like feeling like I’m having contractions , ?? Any advice I don’t eat anything un ordinary I don’t really eat much processed food either
