Menstrual Cups
So I'm thinking of switching from tampons to a cup but I'm completely lost. I don't personally know anyone who uses one so I'm not able to get honest feedback. I feel like tampons are making my cramps worse and they just aren't working for me anymore. What do you ladies think about them? What are the need to knows? Pros and cons? Do's and don'ts?
