My body is weird

As of tomorrow I’m a week late. I had sex Febuary 29. I took a test 2 days ago and they were both negative. A few days before my period I was cramping and having creamy CM. So I figured it was coming but nothing came. And I’m still getting creamy CM or sticky EWCM. Has this happened to anyone? I know CM isn’t an indicator of pregnancy. Just wondering if any ladies experienced this
