I don’t understand what’s going on. I’ve been cramping for 3 days and I keep thinking I’m ovulating but then another day comes up and I’m still surging? What’s going on?? I just wanna be pregnant and don’t know what my body is doing 😓

Only thing that should matter did your very first positive. Surges can last hours or days. You would need to be temping to confirm ovulation.

Have you done a pregnancy test? Because they are very similar on a chemical makeup basis, hcg will get picked up by lh strips.
Maybe test to be sure 😉.
