Early period ??

I’m 16 and my periods usually 2 days late. But these past two months it’s been a little wacky and coming a few days late. I just had my period (12 days late, which has never happened to me) on March 3rd (it usually lasts really long like 7 days), and it ended March 11th. But I just went to the bathroom thinking there was discharge, and I wiped and it was very light red..? It’s been like that for a hour or two now... what’s going on? Please help I’m just worried 😭🥺
