Yes I always do. I make sure I put a new one in before falling asleep and I change it first thing in the morning, unless I get up in the middle of the night to change it. I do it every cycle

You don't need an alarm or anything unless you have a heavy flow but tampons are what I used to go for till I got a cup

Yes, but I don’t. Pads just because the thought of sleeping with an inanimate object inside if me always made me uncomfortable.

I don't because I was always worried about leaving it in for too long or forgetting or what if I slept longer than usual, etc

As long as you change it when you need to. Set an alarm so you don’t forget.
