I’m 7 weeks postpartum and I’m on day 7 of my period and I have to use a tampon and pad and bleed through the pad in 2-3 hours.

I’d say you’re okay, just a heavy period. If it lasts almost 2 weeks (maybe 12-10 days) id call in to see if it’s normal.

Yes, definitely call and ask. They can tell you what to do if if you need to come in and have your levels checked! You could be anemic making you bleed a lot more than usual!
