Please help possible miscarriage

2 days ago light brown darkish spotting then large 2 clots longer than my thumb and they occur around then I thumbnail and a gush of blood that ran down my leg and one pea size on my pad and when I went to pee it was just red how can someone can I give me an idea of what's going on I don't want to go to the hospital because of the coronavirus and I'm trying to limit so so I'm not around people and thank you all for understanding and whoever has any great advice anyting please I'll be grateful thank
