Hi, I’m totally confused right now.

I’ve been TTC for 2 years, I’ve done ultrasounds, HSG, those were normal. I’ve recently started bloodwork, 2 months ago it showed low progesterone and that I did not ovulate. The last test showed my levels were normal and I did ovulate. I began spotting a week straight prior to my ovulation week throughout 3 days before AF. I’ve now started heavily bleeding 3 days before my projected cycle started date along with clots.

If I did conceive, it would is been about 6 weeks ago (between the 2 bloodworks).

I’m just stressing of a possible miscarriage.

I’ve attached images, hopefully it helps. The 2 clots were about the size of a quarter, the second picture happened the following night.

I’ll be scheduling an appointment with my OBGYN, but was just wondering if anyone experienced anything similar.
