So when it hurts really bad when I have sex like he is hitting a "wall" is it because my servix walls are really low?

If that's the case, is that a high indicator of my window of conception?

My whole middle section hurts like mad rn. Lol. Both of my ovaries and my back are screaming in pain rn. It's been like this for at least 3ish days now.
