Ingrown hairs near vag? Are they normal? How do I get rid of them?

So I’ve had a good couple of ingrown hairs so far in my life. They come and go but 3 are still there and they aren’t hurting anymore but are just little lumps sitting there. There is also one a little past my vag and kind on the very low part of my butt. I’m not sure if all this is normal nor how to get rid of them.

I had one that swelled really big right before a pap. The dr said they usually go away on there own, but if it bothers you, they can remove them (tweezers/needle) for you or you can do it yourself at home. It's nothing to worry about.

Warm compress or warm Epsom salt baths. I would NOT pick at them yourself. As a RN I've seen some nasty infections down there because of picking at that type of stuff .. if it gets bad go see a doctor and have them do it!!
