Omg too much blood.

I normally have heavy periods but this time it is EXTREMELY HEAVY. I have to empty my cup every 1 to 2 hours. Things started to overflow so I switched to super plus tampons with a pad. I am changing that every hour. Is this too much blood? I do have fibroids but I haven’t had anything this heavy before. Last night was a nightmare because my cup kept overflowing. Please help
