Zoloft while pregnant

Hi Mommas

So after our first child I had bad PPD. I have been taking Zoloft for it at 100mg and was doing well but after getting pregnant with our second, my prescribing Dr. wanted me on the lowest dose through first trimester. I am not doing great on that low dose though. My OB says she has zero issues with me taking 100mg or even more if needed at anytime through this pregnancy and says tons of women do and are just fine. I just wondered if anyone else has been on it and asked to take the lowest dose til second trimester or has taken more the whole time?
