Hi everyone I don’t know if this is the right group to post in but I thought since everyone here is from uk they might have an idea And any advice would be appreciated

THIS IS A LONG POST SO I DO APPRECIATE IN ADVANCE IF YOUR READ THROUGH IT

My ex boyfriend and I broke up last March 2019

We wer together for nearly 2 years

So when we met after 6 months or so he asked me if I would consider a breast augmentation I never did consider that as I was not small anyway but since I had my daughter they did sag Abit I didn’t want a uplift due to future problems to do with breast feeding or the size changing etc but he kept saying to me if you ever want one I’ll pay etc and he used always say his got a thing for big breast and so on... so after a couple of months I thought why not but he knew I couldn’t afford it so he offered to take out a finance under his name completely his choice he even told me I don’t need to pay anything to him it was like a gift also he was always gifting me etc but I still sometimes transferred money to his account whenever I could just out of being nice

But since last March I didn’t transfer anything anymore and he messaged me saying can you pay me back etc I just blocked him simply because he done that for me as a gift he cheated and broke up with me and now his asking for it back when he knows I can barely afford it i was a single mother struggling he knew my whole financial situation also I would have never done it if he didn’t offer because I knew I couldn’t afford it now a year on he sent me a email saying if I don’t pay him back or make arrangements with him he will go through debt collectors etc And saying that apparently I said to him I will pay him but didn’t keep my word ( BY THE WAY HE ONLY WROTE THAT EMAIL IN A SPECIFIC WAY SO HE CAN KEEP IT AS EVIDENCE AS THEY SAID TO HIM TO CONTACT ME FIRST AND WAIT FOR 14 DAYS AND IF NO RESPONSE FROM ME THEN THEY TAKE ACTION).

That’s what he told me anyway but I’m just thinking how far would this even go because honestly his the one that done the finance agreement by choice and his waited one whole year to take this action like if I owed him anything why didn’t he go through this legal action one year ago?

I’m not worried much because honestly I’m a single mother I’m pregnant and unwell I’m on benefits not even working no more

Clearly u signing a couple year finance agreement u should know what your doing

And all honesty after everything he put me through mentally forced abortion cheating again and again he doesn’t even deserve a penny back but still if he had not resorted to threat and tried to reason with me nicely even though there is nothing to reason in the first place I would’ve still tried to help if I could

Because he helped me out with money (never as a loan) before

But I used to work back then and every single occasion or even without an occasion I used to spend minimum a grand on gift for him literally I used to save up for his gifts but seriously never thought he would try to play dirty like that even the latest phone his using now is a gift from me

Anyways

I would just like to know if anyone knows anything about these things
