So..im trying to get a raise. Ive met every expectation that my boss has set for me except one. I physically cant do it. Because I have a bad leg.

So I'm not worried about that one.

But I asked my parents about it and she basically called me a brown noser.

I dont see it as ass kissing, I just see it as meeting goals that have been set.

Is this bad?

Does that really make me a brown noser ?
