Help please xx

Why is my temp going up if I'm bleeding I started bleeding 4dpo I had my peak opk on 11 and the 12th and 4dpo started bleeding and still bleeding up my temperature is going up !!! I'll be doing my temp again in the morning but I really dont no what's going g on I'm 7dpo and I dont monitor this is my period as its really early as it started 4dpo or if its implantation bleed it's like a very light period I'm really confused
