Please help I’m so confused

So I don’t know if I’m pregnant the test come up negative but I don’t know if I should take a blood test! Here is why my period last for 4 to 6 days an I Had a VERY VERY light period it lasted to 2 days then I was spotting after that for that night then nothing at all now I have really bad gas an really bad Headaches an sometimes I feel like throwing up in the mornings an I ALWAYS seem to be peeing a lot an that isn’t like me an I’m always hungry so could it just not show up on a test!!!
