Bleeding and Ovarian Cyst
So it was confirmed in an ultrasound 2 weeks ago that I have an ovarian cyst on my left side. I was told it should go away and I have a follow up in a month to confirm it’s gone. But I’ve still been having pain on my left side and I’m achey like I’m having a period and today I started bleeding heavy. Can I have a period with an ovarian cyst? Could the cyst be rupturing? Do I need to contact my doctor?
