Is Marriage/Children ever worth staying after indefinitely?

Question

Is it better to stay and make it work or to immediately leave in a marriage that ehich has suffered infidelity? 
In this scenario 1 or more child in involved between the two people there is no history of prior abusive actions mental or physical. 
Just qurious as to your thinking individually, comment thoughts if you have any!

I think it’s case by case. But I always believe you shouldn’t try to make a marriage work solely for the children.

Was it once? Did they come clean? Maybe.
Was it more than once? Did they get caught?  No, leave

It’s always better for a child to have happy parents that are separated / divorced than to have miserable parents together.
My parents were divorced. They should have never been together in the first place. I wish they had left each other earlier than they did, because instead they waited and things got way worse to the point they couldn’t be on the same side of a room as each other. Had they broken up much sooner and been amicable about it, my childhood might have been a lot happier.

All I can say is, don't stay in this marriage for the kids. If you are unhappy with each other or you are unhappy alone, the kids will notice it. Your unhappiness will affect them and their future relationships, especially if you're bitter. They're better off with divorced parents who are happy than with parents who are miserable together. I don't know anyone who was better off with miserable married parents than divorced.

The only way to make it work is if both parties are willing to put the effort, time, forgiveness, etc. in to be able to move past it and to have an open line of communication from there on out.

I would like to think children would rather see you happy than unhappy. One of my step daughters wishes her parents were still married and the other doesn’t even care.
