Miscarriage?? (Bloody pic warning)

I am currently on my period....I think? I was experiencing really bad cramps and my period was a bit late but yesterday it just gushed out of nowhere and thought ‘okay my period came down’ but I was in so much pain but I just kept blaming my “period” yesterday I saw a weird small clearish blood clot but thought nothing of it and flushed it away and today I was in more pain and my back was hurting and I was dizzy and about 30 min ago I went to the bathroom in a rush cuz for some reason I felt like I was gonna piss myself and when I cleaned I saw this

It was the biggest blood clot I have ever seen!! I have never seen something so big and I immediately though....”oh my god! Did I have a miscarriage?” My bf and I have been trying to have a baby and I’m pretty heart broken if it is true I’m not so sure cuz I didn’t even know I was pregnant in the first place...anyone can help clarify?
