I took femara

So I took femara. 2.5mg twice a day although there was only 9 pills. Anyways i track my bbt and opk. I was just curious if my progression looks normal. last cycle was all over the place except my bbt . Anyways I miscarried in January. Had a cycle in February and now ttc on femara . Any tips on conceiving or just how my cycle is going I know it's early.
