Glo with OPKs. Flo always seemed off on my ovulation by a day or two but was spot on with my period. Glo was always a day or two off. Weird.

Neither. Both are computer generated estimates. If you really want to know when you're ovulating buy a pack of 50 or 100 opks on amazon and track.

I have both and I prefer Glow over Flo. I’ve used Flo for YEARS but the guesstimates were never correct, no matter how many times I tracked my period and logged my symptoms. Glow was spot on with this current period I’m on. However, I don’t suggest becoming completely reliant on them - they are just guesstimates, after all, so plan to abstain from sex for a few days even if it says your chances are low. That’s what I do! 💗
