Bruhhhh is there a limit to how much discharge is 'normal'?

I took my undies off this morning and a bit later had to throw on pj pants to go move some things in the garage, so I said f it, and went commando instead of putting on a clean pair of undies before my shower.

When I came back inside about an hour later it was dripping down my thighhh 😳

I never go commando cause I know I leak a lot lmao but i didn't expect that.

Now I'm questioning how people can go commando all day long and not have this problem, cause I most definitely can not.
