anyone tried drinking rasberry leaf tea at the end??im 36+5 and i really wanna buy it and drink cause i've heard it starts labor. 
is it true?

It doesn’t start labor, it’s supposed to tone the uterus and it’s suggested you take it starting between 32 and 36 weeks. Ask your doctor before taking it though.

I drank Red Raspberry Leaf Tea ALL throughout both of my pregnancies and drank it for years before getting pregnant. It does not induce or cause contractions. It’s great for uterine health. Strengthens the uterus so that contractions are effective during labor, regulates hormones and helps with uterine recovery after birth. You get the best benefits from long term use- so starting at the beginning of pregnancy if not before. There is no magic number of cups to drink. You just drink it when you want however much you want. I went to 41+1 with both of my babes. Contractions were very effective and I healed very quickly after both births as well.

It does not start labor. Red raspberry leaf tea will not induce you. You can definitely drink it toward the end of pregnancy because it tones your uterus and makes contractions more effective during and after labor. However you’ll need to drink two cups of it every day for weeks.
