Late period

So I’m officially 7 days late. As you can tell I didn’t have adult time very much. With everything going with the virus and living in Utah and getting a 5.7 earthquake wake me up, would you say stress would have something to doing with it being so late? Normally I get my period the day of if not within two days of my predicted start date.
