Cramps!!
Please please pleaaasseee! Give me some good remedies you girls use when your cramps are SEVERE.
The first two days of my cycle are always miserable due to cramping. Nothing will touch it; not even Tylenol, Advil, ibuprofen, heating pad, hot bath — literally NOTHING!
Is there some kind of medication mix you guys do or some magical miracle anyone has discovered?
