Postpartum spotting what's normal and what's not

I am 7 weeks postpartum and my postpartum bleeding has stopped a few weeks ago but then again at almost 6 weeks I had spotting for half a day I breastfeed but sometimes supplement with formula not that much though only once in a blue moon then yesterday at 7 weeks I spotted again is it normal to have this happen I haven't made it to my postpartum checkup this coronavirus is freaking me out and I'm too scared to leave my house and bring the virus back to my children
