Need some insight

So yesterday march 19th i had a pregnancy confirmation appointment they confirmed i was pregnant and also double confirmed with a ultrasound. Problem is all they saw was the gestational sac and worried i might not be as far long as i thought aka 7 weeks 2 days. The reason i went in was for proof of pregnancy and cause i had light pinkish brownish discharge. They said not to worry unless it become red blood. Well today i had more pinkish brownish discharge. Is it possible im just now implanting or am i misscarring?
