I just wanted to share our experience, for any mama’s that may be feeling anxious about going to the two month doctor appointment. I was super anxious about taking her today, with everything going on. As soon as we walked into Kaiser, they asked us if we were experiencing any symptoms that are associated with corona virus. We didn’t have to walk by anyone in the hallways. As soon as we got into the pediatric waiting room, there was a janitor cleaning all of the chairs. I was so happy because we were the only ones in her doctor’s office! Her pediatrician told us that they are asking parents with sick older kids to just do the video appointments, so the newborns would be able to safely get their vaccinations. We were in and out in no time and I feel much better now! As for my girl, she seems to be extra fussy from the shots, but snuggles are helping. I gave her infants Tylenol, does anyone recommend anything else to comfort her?
