PUPPS? Does anyone know what this can be?

I had one little bump and I scratched it off. Soon after more bumps popped up and now more! They are painful to the touch. It is right below my hair line on the back of my neck - I have never experienced acne only occasional loner pimples before a period but never on the back of my neck.

Now the bumps started popping up random places like my elbows, my belly, my back and hand. Single bumps not patches like in the picture. I'm so confused as it started happening after I scratched off one on my neck while I was in the fitting room at Kohl's trying clothes on. So strange

I recently had similar looking bumps that were painful and super super itchy. Are your itchy? Mine was from an allergic reaction to amoxicillin clavulanate.. are you on any meds/antibiotics or just finish one?

Do you have it anywhere else? Could be shingles.. I got shingles PP and it was on my hand and upper arm. Super painful to the touch/almost burning sensation and itchy. Got on an antiviral med and it went away within like a week.

Hmm, I’ve had pimples like that in that spot before and it’s annoying. I use a salicylic acid body wash called Neutrogena Body Clear just because my skin to body acne, so maybe that would help? It’s safe during pregnancy to use once or twice a day.
