Pandemic Preggos, how are we feeling?

I’m stressed. I’m an ICU nurse and we are preparing for the worst. Everyday the recommendations are changing. We are running out of supplies. We have positive cases in my area and they are VERY sick. Right now they’re trying to avoid giving pregnant nurses positive Covid patients but as this erupts we will be given no choice. It’s just a very scary time to be in healthcare.

I live in Utah where all the Mormons have literally gone insane and bought away all the toilet paper, sanitary products, diapers, wipes and formula.... and I’m just mad, to be honest. I’m mad that people are selfish and inconsiderate. Fortunately, we have been preparing for years for emergencies such as this (should we go into a full shelter in place) so I don’t necessarily need anything right now but I hate the thought that should I need anything, it won’t be available anywhere. It’s scary & I’m so sad that my baby will be brought into the world during times like this. It is hard but I’m trying to stay positive for my little one, just had to vent for a second.

All of the above, but feeling okay for the most part. My job is letting us work from home and I haven't been going out much beside the grocery store. With everything going on I haven't even thought about my anatomy scan in 2 weeks, hoping hubby will be able to come but we'll see. I think seeing the baby on the ultrasound will help calm my nerves too. Stay safe mama ❤️

I am fine. I’m more worried about mass panic than the virus. I also have an 8 month old to worry about and take care of.

I'm a physician assistant and this last week has been hell. Now I have a cough and tightness in my chest. I didnt have the right PPE in our office until it was too late..

Stressed but trying not to give in to it. My husband was laid off this week so we’re trying to figure things out as we go until he can find something.

So far my area has had no positive cases. I already am SAHM who homeschools so my life has changed very little which I’m thankful for. I experience small amounts of fear every now and again that I could get the virus and it could kill my unborn baby ☹️
