I still don’t feel like I know enough?

I have a 10 year old and a nearly 4 month old.

My parents both under 60 want to come visit but I just don’t know if to let them they still work ect I just worry about risks

My partner does go to the supermarket every now and then and I know that could be risky but we have to eat apart from that we have been indoors or gone for walks.

I know there is risks anywhere in day to day life I just don’t know what to do right from wrong

I’m so scared for my children incase they were ill ect
