Helppppp

I’m 40 weeks 2 days, my mucus plug fell out at exactly 40 weeks. Today I’m having lower back cramping that’s getting pretty intense. Started out not bad but definitely progressing. The thing is it’s not in my belly at all yet. Can these still be contractions just considered back labor? I also have just been laying in bed and I didn’t feel any fluid come out but my undies are wet with just clear wetness. It’s not white or anything. Could this be my water? Just weird that I didn’t feel it come out in the first place. Currently laying down again now to see if anything gushes when I stand back up.
