Tired of it

I’ve been non stop stressing for the past 2 months. I wish I could stop and just relax, but I can’t. As soon as I calm down, I remember what I was just stressing over and then I’m back to stressing again. I wish I knew how to meditate, it seems to help a lot of people. I feel like I have no one to talk to, I feel like everyone that I do have is annoyed by me. I wish people could treat me like I treat them... with love and respect. I’m so sad, lonely and so stressed.
