heart beating too fast?

this is kinda random but sometimes i’ll be sitting on my bed on my phone or just anywhere not doing much and my heart starts beating super fast like too fast and for a long time i’m not sure why it’s really weird 
should i be worried???

Try to not get worried because it could be anxiety but also go to the doctor. 
If you have been diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks it’ll take forever for them to take you seriously and run echos or put you on a heart monitor you wear at home. 
I’ve done all of this and still need to do a very real echo cardio gram. 
Not just the small ones they do and send you home. 
You have to go to a heart specialist. I have seen them before and now I just turned 26 this March and I am going to see another specialist after I just had my baby, 
I have inappropriate SVT.
Also know as sinus tachy. 
Or humming bird heart. 
My heart is on the small side. But my specialist told me it is because I am also small. 
Mine does reach 200 bpm. 220 is max heart rate - where you should experience a heart attack. 
 When I was 20 I had an episode and had to be taken by ambulance. It was very scary. Took hours into the morning to get my rate down even with medication help from the er. 
It is scary but many people do live long healthy lives with what I have and also my brother has it too. 
We are both very active and I’m a personal trainer and he is in the army. 
There is a producer to correct the electrical impulse problem which causes the random heart racing even while at rest. 
A majority of people who undergo it, tend to have the heart rhythm go back to the same electrical current it has been used to their entire life and naturally will reverse the entire procedure afterwards. 
Our hearts are amazing. 
And they tend to find ways to correct the rhythm their selves in order to keep us alive. 
As well as my body runs itself on very low blood pressure. It’s how my heart corrects the fact that it beats too fast sometimes. 
If I had high blood pressure mixed with a random fast and high heart rate - that would be disaster and a heart attack most defiantly would

- moral of the story. Tell your doctor and have tests run. I had so many done because I was adopted and have zero medical back ground info.

GO TO THE DOCTORS... this happened to one of my friends for years and he never went into the doctors .. well he passed away December 18th of last year from a heart attack at 34 ... please go to the doctors !
