Pregnancy on birth control?

Rebekah

Hai! I was wondering what the chances are to get pregnant on birth control (Oral Contraceptive). I know this is something I can google (which I have) but there aren’t any real answers for my particular question. I skip my period using my birth control and I haven’t had my period in about 3 months. I did have some sort of breakthrough bleeding last month though. I take my pill daily, as advised but I’m not always on time with it. Sometimes I take it 30 mins late or 2 hours. How much do those things affect the chances of pregnancy? (I also do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend and we do not use any other preventive method, e.g. pulling out)

I don’t really think I’m pregnant being I take the pill every day but recently I’ve had weird food aversions. A lot of things that didn’t bother me before now make me want to throw up. It’s not just food either. I watched a YouTube video of some guy trying to flush mnms down a toilet and got horribly nauseous. I have bad ingestion, slight cramping and (TMI) gas. I haven’t had bleeding or soreness in my breasts. This could all just be stress induced as well. I just don’t really want to go out and buy a pregnancy test if it’s from stress. I also have no way of knowing if I missed a period since I skip them.
