We have had our son in nursery for a couple of months and following the closure I wondered what different nursery’s around the country were asking you to do during this period as it’s confusing what funding / financial help they will get.

We have been asked to pay during the period they are closed / whilst my son cannot attend what we can of our usual nursery fees to ensure the security of the nursery’s future and staff wages as the funded hours doesn’t cover their costs (we don’t receive funded childcare so our fees are quite large)
