Vasospasms and lip tie advice please

Am

So lately I've been getting vasospasms in my right breast after feeding my son. They last hours and are excruciatingly painful. Like I seriously had to call out of work this morning. The procedure to get his tie corrected costs $700 and is not covered by insurance, plus I read it's not a guarantee to solve the latch issue. My husband says I should just exclusively pump if it hurts so bad, but I've grown to love breastfeeding and don't want to stop now that I've finally gotten the hang of it. I had to exclusively pump the first 6 weeks and do not want to go back to that without trying everything I can to salvage this. I'm considering getting a manual pump and feeding him on the left side and pumping on the right so I don't have to deal with being tied down to my electric pump all the time. Any experiences/advice?
