Is anyone else concerned about whether or not you can get in for a first doctor’s appointment with the Coronavirus going around?

I got a call, text and portal message that all stated only the patient could attend the appointment, and that OB patients could FaceTime partners during their appts if they wanted. So I’ll have to attend on my own for the time being.

I have a question for those of you whose appointments were postponed or cancelled - were you originally scheduled at an OB office? My doctor's office is specifically for obstetrics and gynecology, so I can't imagine appointments being changed when prenatal health is what they do and is so important. I know things are different around the world so I'm genuinely interested and wondering if I also need to worry...

Originally I was going to be seen at 8 weeks, but my appointment was pushed back to mid-April when I'll be over 10 weeks.

I don’t think mine will be cancelled or postponed but I am hearing a lot of ladies say that their significant others were not allowed to enter the doctors office with them that most offices are now only allowing the patient to come in. Have any of you ladies heard anything like this with your doctors office?

Mine was postponed for a week and a location change. Instead of seeing my ob at my local Doctors office (15 minutes) i have to drive 2 hours to her actual office. I just want to hear my babys little heart beat.
