Hey ladies.

So this August will be a year I have had an iud. When i first got the iud it dropped as i felt the plastic at my cervix opening. The ob at the time just pushed it back up and everything has been fine since. Every so often I will check my cervix ( was an active cervix checker when trying to get pregnant)... well last 4 days I've had issues sleeping( total insomnia), my hungry suddenly increasing and bloating and I got a yeast infection (I think). I'm so swollen and hurting honestly feels like after a baby LOL ..feeling all these things... I went in shower and decided to check the string as I dont want to get pregnant, and the flipping string is GONE! When I mean gone, I mean gone. I'm checking all around the opening, anywhere it can be tucked. My cervix was really high up but I managed to dig deep haha... please tell me this is nothing. Is it normal?
