Breast pain?

So I’m on two birth controls to control my constant bleeding. So I believe this may be the problem, but I want to make sure before I call my doctor freaking out. Two days ago, my right nipple swelled, and became unbearable to touch. I also noticed some dark hair surrounding it. I normally get one or two that pop up, but this was like five or six, and they were now circling the nipple. Today, the swelling is down in my nipple, but now the entire breast is in pain, unbearable to touch. I don’t feel any lumps or anything of the sort. Just this pain and hotness coming from it. I’m currently in quarantine since I came into contact with somebody who has the virus 😭 so I can’t get to a doctor for anything.
