I am 6 weeks pregnant and went for an early scan last week because of a history of ectopic pregnancy. Looking at the ultrasound, it says I have multiple cysts on my right ovary and a few on my left. I just woke up with the weirdest lower abdominal pain that is not even like a cramp. Is it possible for these to rupture? I have never felt that before and of course paranoid.
