Nappy Rash & Diarrhoea?!

Ladies I’ve tried sudo cream I’ve tried bepanthon this is just getting worse! My poor little lady has had diarrhoea for 24 hours now and her bum is just getting more sore each nappy change 😩 what else can I do 😩

Most importantly do not use baby wipes now ,clean her with water only and dry very well .

Wipe clean and Let it air out for 5 mins without putting any cream. My son had that once because they didn’t take good care at daycare and I did it and it cleared out within 1 week. I also use Weleda or Baby mustela brands only on his butt.

Also maybe can be teething because their poop become more acidic.

My boy was the same and end up a yeast infecrion or fungal, what i do is wash him every diaper change with water and pat dry, no wipes they make it worse, also he recomend an antifungal cream. The way is looks is fungal as my boy he was like that over a week, the cream didnt do much, however  when I tried the zinc oxide that every doctor recommend my baby become worse, it actually burned his skin.  Aquaphor didn't do much only thing that worked was some calendula oinment that i got from amazon.
