Bare minimum you need for baby?

I’m talking non essentials. Like I know I need diapers and wipes. I thought I was done having babies so I got rid of everything I had. So what do I need for baby #3? I’m not trying to buy a bunch of baby gear / products I’m never gunna use. I’m looking to just get the bare minimum.

Only the things I use every day/ every other day. I have a 2 mo old.
2-3 outfits per day. Total will depend on how often you do laundry. We use gowns at night.
2-3 swaddle, I like the halo the most. Swaddle me’s are okay but kinda small.
Bassinet or equivalent if sleeping in your room and at least 3 sheets and liners
2 swaddle blankets or baby blankets.
Bouncer/swing
Boppy newborn lounger (god send)
10 ish burp rags. I ended up getting another 12 due to reflux.
Changing pad and at least 4 liners
Activity mat for tummy time
Books
Car seat/stroller/cover
Bath tub/towels/washcloths/soap
Socks/booties
Some kind of baby carrier
Sound machine or an app
Diaper pail and liners
Nail clippers/file
Things we have but don’t use or he doesn’t like yet.
Pacifiers (hates them)
Swing (he’s still warming up to it)
Toys (still warming up to them)
Snuggle me organic
 Baby monitor (one of us is always in the same room as him for now)
Bottles (he’s breast fed, we used bottles only a hand full of times)
Breast pump if breastfeeding / bags
Rocking chair (just doesn’t get much use right now)
Boppy nursing pillow)
Haakaa
I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting but this is off the top of my head.

Only car seat you'll ever need, newborn seat all the way up to booster. My son has this one, the Graco extend2fit, and my daughter has the Graco 4ever.

That's kinda it. The rest are nice to have, like infant tub, swing etc but you can get by without it.
