What is my chart telling me?? Does it look like I conceived? This app is saying I’m 9dpo today my Femometer app is saying I’m 11 dpo?

Answer

You're missing a temp at a crucial time so it's a little hard to tell. You're either 7dpo or 11 dpo. If that missing temp was higher than the one before it, then 11dpo. If it would have been lower. Then 7dpo. 
You cant tell if you're pregnant from a chart until you're at least 16 dpo with no drop in temps. Even then, youd still have take a test as that's not 100% accurate.

Looking at your opks also, it seems to support 7dpo more
