Pregnant in canada?

Hi so I just found out I'm pregnant yesterday...my province is in a state of emergency...I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow 
But does anyone know what I should do or what will be done? Do I still get doctor bloodtest confirmation? I still get my prenatal checkups?

In Québec they normally don't do a blood test. 1st appointment is around 12 weeks with a OBGYn, then first ultrasound at 13 weeks... Right now, with the situation, I'm 17 weeks pregnant and my regular appointment with my doctor is supposed to be by phone next week. My next ultrasound is in 3 weeks, but right now you have to go alone because of the covid-19 (sadly I'm guessing my husband will no be able to see the baby in a month, since I don't think the situation will be better), they are not allowing any companion during the ultrasounds.

I was supposed to have my first appointment on Friday but they cancelled it. I was supposed to have bloodwork done and an ultra sound. They rescheduled for next week.  The blood test has to be done before 11 weeks I believe.

Once you call your doctor, they’ll let you know.
Most nonessential appointments will be cancelled and rescheduled.
I’m in Ontario and am 8 weeks pregnant. I still have my first ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday because it is essential, but my 9 week OB appointment will be cancelled.

You don't need blood confirmation. A positive home pregnancy test is your confirmation. Call your doctor and they'll guide you.
